The Phoenix/Eagle has residential street parking that is commonly available at all hours. If traveling on foot from the French Quarter, we suggest you call United Cab (504-522-9771); the walk is not far, but for your personal safety in neighborhoods between here and there we suggest you take a taxi. The cost will be about $6-$7.
